Multi Purpose Epoxy Paste
DESCRIPTION
Deltaglue UW is a two-component epoxy paste based on solvent-free epoxy resin and curing agent. It will not shrink and bonds to almost any materials and surfaces. It can be applied to dry, wet surface and underwater environment.
USES
Deltaglue UW can be used for patch holes; patch leaks to fiber glass, metal, and wood, seal cracks (concrete, mortar and masonry), drains, skimmers and underwater lights in swimming pools; seal: plumbing, tanks, concrete; repair: furniture, ceramics, tanks and bond bathroom fixtures, concrete cracks; And Bond especially underwater such as swimming tiles / accessories. Deltaglue UW is widely use for underwater concrete (mortar) patching or repair. It is also suitable for patching cracks and injection nozzle sealing during epoxy injection application especially for overhead or vertical position.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Surfaces to be bonded must be free of dirt, oil or rust. Rough up surfaces for best results. Mix equal parts of A (Enamel) and B (Hardener) using stick, wet hands (cover with gloves) or knives until uniform in color, let it harden for 10 minutes before applying to wet surface or plugging leak on running water. It will remain workable for up to 50 minutes and cures for service in 5 hours.
Mixing can be easily performed by making strands of the base & hardener, then combine both strands in twisting motion for several times.
Keep tools or hands wet when handling.

Pack Size is 2 kgs (Enamel = 1 kg and Hardener = 1 kg).
Shelf life can be up to 2 years.
LIMITATIONS
Not recommended for temperatures in excess of 80°C and not approved for potable water.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Deltaglue UW can cause skin irritations in persons with sensitive skin. Wear protective clothing like gloves, goggles and respiratory equipment, particularly in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapors. If splashed into the eyes, nose, mouth or throat, flush immediately with plenty of clean, warm water and seek medical attention without delay.
